    Welcome to Globaltrails Holidays Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Globaltrails Holidays", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website - https://www.globaltrailsholidays.com/, booking a travel service, or interacting with our staff/platforms, you ("you", "user", "traveler", or "customer") agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

    1. Acceptance & Acknowledgment

    By creating an account with Globaltrails Holidays, using our website/app, or booking any service (packages, flights, hotels, visas, activities, transfers), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions — including all clauses related to bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, data use, liabilities, and service limitations.

    2. Booking & Payment Terms

    2.1 Booking Confirmation

    To confirm your travel booking, a specified non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All package prices are tentative and subject to availability, exchange rates, and supplier pricing at final payment. Any revisions to itinerary components (hotels, flights, visas, activities) due to availability or operational factors will be communicated within 72 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    2.2 Payment Policy

    Payments must adhere to the schedule and terms provided in your quotation or Booking Invoice. Accepted modes:

    • Credit / Debit Cards
    • UPI and Net Banking
    • Bank Transfers (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
    • Approved third-party gateways

    All payments must be in INR. For international packages, the prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE) applies at the time of final payment, determined by our bank or gateway.

    2.3 TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

    As per Indian regulations:

    • No TCS for international bookings ≤ ₹7,00,000 per person per financial year
    • 20% TCS applies to the amount exceeding ₹7,00,000

    TCS is collected during payment and deposited with the government. You can claim credit using the TCS Certificate issued post-trip.

    2.4 Failure to Pay

    If payment isn't made by the due date, the booking will be canceled and deposits forfeited. Reinstatement depends on availability and revised pricing.

    2.5 Uninformed Cash Deposits

    Globaltrails Holidays does not accept uninformed/direct cash deposits. Any such deposits are invalid and non-refundable.

    3. General Provisions

    Applies to all services — packages, flights, hotels, visas, activities, transfers.

    3.1 User Conduct & Content

    Users must not post unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or infringing material. By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback ("User Content"), you grant a royalty-free, irrevocable license for Globaltrails Holidays to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.

    3.2 Data Collection & Privacy

    • Consent to Communication: You agree to receive emails, SMS, WhatsApp, or calls relating to bookings, offers, travel updates. You may opt out of promotional messages.
    • Use of Data: Your data supports booking fulfilment, document sharing, reminders, legal compliance, and service improvements.
    • Data Sharing: Shared securely with airlines, hotels, visa agents, transport providers, payment gateways, and activity suppliers.
    • Disclosure to Authorities: May occur for legal compliance without notice.
    • Payment Security: No card data stored—handled by third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Tazapay).

    4. Telecom Compliance

    Communications from Globaltrails Holidays are classified as "transactional" per TRAI guidelines and may override DND/NCPR settings until you opt out.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All logos, content, itineraries, and digital assets are the property of Globaltrails Holidays Travel Solutions Private Limited. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

    6. Booking Categories

    6.1 Full Tour Packages (Flights, Hotels, Visas, Activities, Transfers)

    • Facilitator Role: We coordinate but do not own providers. Only quoted and paid services are confirmed.
    • Travelers Must: Provide accurate details, adhere to payment schedule, review documents, and comply with destination regulations.
    • Flight Policy: Governed by airline terms (cancellations, baggage, check-in).
    • Hotel Policy: Check-in subject to local laws; resort fees and taxes payable locally.
    • Visa Services: Facilitative only; approvals at embassy discretion; fees non-refundable.
    • Transfers: Be punctual; baggage terms apply; additional luggage must be declared.

    6.2 Direct Activity / Experience Bookings

    • Receive a voucher/e-ticket after payment.
    • Supplier may deny service for lateness, rule violations, or fitness issues (no refund).
    • Cancellations follow supplier policy; refunds/rescheduling available if supplier cancels.
    • Participants accept associated risks—travel insurance recommended.

    6.3 Service Assurance & Booking Coverage

    At Globaltrails Holidays, we work exclusively with verified and trusted travel partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and reliability throughout your journey.

    We meticulously curate and confirm every service component—flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and activities—as per the items quoted in your final itinerary and paid for within the timelines communicated. Only those inclusions explicitly listed and settled are guaranteed under your booking. Any additional services not reflected in the final invoice may be subject to availability and additional cost.

    While our team diligently manages coordination across our partner network, you will always be supported by Globaltrails Holidays as your single point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and resolution, should any operational challenge arise.

    7. Modifications, Cancellations & Refunds

    7.1 Standard Cancellations

    Refer to your Quote for applicable charges. Missed payments may incur cancellation penalties.

    7.2 Supplier-Initiated Cancellations

    We will offer a suitable alternative or refund, depending on supplier policies.

    7.3 Refund Process

    Refunds processed after receipt from suppliers; convenience fees, taxes, and non-refundable components may apply.

    7.4 Booking Modifications

    Changes (dates, travelers, itinerary) may incur up to ₹20,000 or 10% of package value fee. Subject to availability.

    7.5 Emergencies & Compassionate Refunds

    Verified medical or family emergencies may warrant waivers; documentation required.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for:

    • GST Invoices: Available upon request after trip completion (provide business details for ITC).
    • TCS Certificates: Issued 45 days post-quarter-end.

    11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    India's laws govern these Terms. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

    If arbitration is specified in your Quotation, it will be the primary resolution method.

    12. Severability & Waiver

    Invalid provisions don't affect the remaining Terms. Failure to enforce any clause isn't a waiver of rights.

    13. Amendments

    We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be posted or directly communicated. Continued use equals acceptance.
