About the tour
The Leh to Manali Bike Trip is a high-altitude motorcycle journey through the Trans-Himalayas, covering iconic mountain passes, remote valleys, and glacial lakes. Starting from Leh and ending in Manali, the route is carefully planned for safe acclimatization, smooth logistics, and a balanced riding experience. How to reach
By Air:
Fly into Leh (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport), the fastest and most convenient gateway to Ladakh, with regular connections from Delhi and major Indian cities.
By Rail:
The nearest major railhead is Jammu Tawi, from where you can continue by road or flight to reach Leh.
By Road:
Leh is accessible by road via the Manali–Leh and Srinagar–Leh highways, open seasonally and offering some of the most scenic drives in the Himalayas.

Ladakh is a high-altitude region; proper acclimatization is mandatory
Keep Day 1 light to avoid altitude sickness
Weather changes rapidly; expect cold nights even in summer
Only postpaid SIM cards work reliably in Leh and nearby areas
Internet connectivity is limited in remote regions
Carry sufficient cash; ATMs are scarce outside Leh
Inner Line Permits are compulsory for Nubra Valley and Pangong Tso
Roads may include rough patches and water crossings
Prior basic riding experience is recommended
Pack warm layers, riding gear, sunscreen, and sunglasses
Avoid alcohol during the first 24 hours
Respect local customs and monastery etiquette
Inform the tour leader immediately in case of discomfort

Check-in & Check-out – Standard hotel check-in is after 12:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request.

Confirmation Policy
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
Refund Policy
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
