Two nights each in Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam allow more breathing room for sightseeing and relaxation, while the final night in Patnitop adds a quieter mountain retreat before returning to Jammu. Shikara Experience — The package includes a 1-hour complimentary Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Additional Shikara time or other lake activities can be arranged separately if desired.
Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra — Guests wishing to undertake the Yatra should plan according to available time, shrine procedures and registration requirements. Pony, battery-car, helicopter and other optional services are not automatically included unless specifically confirmed.
Hotel Check-In & Check-Out — Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Stay & Vehicle Allocation — Final hotel names, room categories and vehicle details depend on the selected package category and availability at the time of confirmation. Any upgrades should be confirmed before travel.

Confirmation Policy
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the date of travel, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made 0 to 14 days before the date of travel, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, local union issues, road closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, affected services may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled. Suitable alternatives will be offered wherever possible; however, no cash refund will be applicable for such services.
