By Rail:
Srinagar is connected to the Indian railway network through the Kashmir Valley railway system.
By Road:
Srinagar is accessible by road from Jammu and other destinations across North India.

Plan your days comfortably. Kashmir's mountain roads can take longer than expected, and sightseeing timings may change slightly according to local traffic and road conditions.
Weather can change quickly in the mountains. Carry comfortable layers, a light jacket and suitable footwear even during milder months.
Gulmarg Gondola, Sonamarg and other mountain excursions are subject to weather, operational conditions and local regulations.
Local sightseeing vehicles may be required at certain destinations such as Pahalgam, Sonamarg or Gulmarg, depending on prevailing local transport rules.

Confirmation Policy
The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the date of travel, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made 0 to 14 days before the date of travel, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, local union issues, road closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, affected services may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled. Suitable alternatives will be offered wherever possible; however, no cash refund will be applicable for such services.
